Alms Giving with Flowers festival

Offer flowers, rice and dried food to 3,000 monks

Merit is the real back factor of being happy and success in this lifetime and next lifetimes.  We would like to invite you to make merit by offering the 4 requisites and travelling expense to 3,000 monks.  You can do as much as you would like.  It will be one of your great monastic offering because some of them will be transferred to help the monks in 266 temples and people in four unrest southern provinces in Thailand.

 

How can you do to prepare your alms?

• Prepare the dried food or something that can be transferred easily.

• Seal off rice in each bag.

• Not offer the plastic cup of drinking water.

• If you would like to offer money, please put it in the donation box.  

 

How can you do to get more merit?

• Wear the white clothes or at least the white shirt to pay respect to the Lord Buddha.

• Prepare everything ready and sit waiting for the monks at 6.00 am.

• Remind of the Triple Gems, announce to offer the monastic alms together clearly and do it with polite and respectful manner.

• Keep your mind clear and peaceful while the MC leads you to dedicate merit to the passed away relatives.
