I have tried that and my pc can download it no problems. Guessed your pc may miss some dll files. Please let some technician check it. Krap kob pra koon of this Dhammatan from Pra Ajan and K Tuppe ka. Sadhu sadhu sadhu.

how to check 'missing dll files'??  thanks

That was just my guess as mostly dll files relate to system. I'm not IT or computer tech nor engineer. You should have brought your pc for the tech to check if all dll files are in system. Another thing that it could be is that your audio server doesn't support the sound server of the link. I don't know what programs you have but I'm using Adobe and VLC to for audio and visual and they support the link Pra Ajan provides us.
