The ceremony of offering rice and dried food to Panare District in Pattani Province

Dhammakaya Foundation and Dhammakaya Temple by the Most Ven. Phrathepyanmahamuni, the President of Dhammakaya Foundation and abbot of Dhammakaya Temple, assigned his disciples in Pattani Province to be the representatives to offer rice and dried food to monks, old people, local residents, soldiers, and police in Panare District, Pattani Province at Photharam Temple.  The Most Ven. Phrakru Wichanphothiwat, the abbot of Photharam Temple in Panare District, Pattani Province, was the Monastic President.

Rice and dried food which we offered came from the Morning Alms Round to 2,000,000-Monk Nationwide Project.  We offered to help the monks and support the victims from the unrest events for 8 years, especially the monks and the novices because they could not do their monastic duties easily and the local residents because they could not work easily either.

In this time, we offered 5,000 kg of rice, 50,000 packs of instant noodle, 1,000 cans of canned fish, 7,000 packs of 3-in-1 instant drink, 2,500 packs of thin rice noodle, and a lot of medicine and medical supplies.  The receivers were Yanothai Temple, Mahingsaram Temple, Ditthawad Temple, Photharam Temple, Hongsaram Temple, Srisudachan Temple, Thepnimit Temple, Prachantakham Temple, Phromprasit Temple, Samphaochoei Temple, Salawan Temple, Khwuannok Temple, Khwuannai Temple, Donklang Temple, Dontawan-ok Temple, Mapringwareeram Temple, soldiers and police who work in Panare District, and people who work in the Green Eye Forest Farm.
