As a buddist, I get to know more of Muslim from "This is Islam" presented in this case. This case told me that when one does practice her/his religion, the one is often be an open-minded person who always give herself/himself opportunities to seek for what's best for herself/himself. It now turns to be the matter of "time". If one spends too much time for seaching, then only a little time left for action. Rather than try to find the reasons why one should do it, maybe it is a good idea to start doing an experiment. By this way she found that meditation is an alternative, which she can do without giving up or forgoing her traditional practices.

Meditation is not only an alternative
but the way to be happy and help us get out of suffering.
So let's do meditation every day to reach that goal.
There's a will, there's a way.
