Questions from the audience:
What caused me to do the cesarean section for 2 times to give birth my two daughters?  For women who gave birth their children like me, someone was willing to do but someone was not, what retribution caused them to do like that?  What is it different between the willing ones and unwilling ones?

Answers:
You had to do the cesarean section to deliver your two daughters instead of common delivery because your fraction of bad retribution from torturing or killing animals yielded fruits.  Even if someone was willing or unwilling to do the cesarean section, both kinds of them had to do because they have the same kind of bad retributions which is torturing or killing animals.
