Answers:
A daughter had built the Dhammakaya Images for her parents with love and gratefulness, when the merit yields; in the next life she will have the good parents and grateful children and grandchildren. Both she and her parents will get the properties.
If a daughter did only for herself, she would get only the properties but she would not have the special merit. She will not have good parents, children and grandchildren.
