2:50 p.m.    The Ceremony of Giving the Honorable Shields and Scholarships to the Outstanding Pali Institutes nationwide
3:25 p.m.    The Ceremony of Offering Alms to the Monks from Over 3,000 Temples Nationwide
                      The Ceremony of Offering Alms to the Monks from Four Unrest Southern Provinces
4:15 p.m.    The Ceremony of Giving the Helping Fund for Teachers in Four Unrest Southern Provinces
4:40 p.m.    The Most Ven. Phrathepyanmahamuni, the Monastic President, gives the speech
