The channels you have been viewing have been changed to a new frequency. In order to continue viewing, please unplug and then re-plug the cable to the receiver to allow the receiver to automatically tune in to the new frequency.
If the problem persists, the receiver may need to be set as follows;
Frequency: 12313; Symbol Rate: 30000; Pol.: VER or contact (DTV 02-950-5005), (PSI 02-730-2999), (GMM 02-841-888), (RS 1781) or the representative where the receiver was purchased.

Thaicom will end signal transmission for all previous channels starting 1st November 2013 (2556 B.E.), viewers will not be able to view any channels using the former frequency.
Potential Problems for DMC Viewers
1. Viewers with Non-True Visions receivers such as DTC, GMMZ, or RS that are paired with True Vision as a second port via a Splitter will not be able to view programs with the new frequency if the ports are turned on simultaneously.
Solution (for Non-True Visions receivers)
1. Change the LNB to “2 Output” and connect the cable to the second port or:
2. Change the Splitter to a “Multi Switch” to enable viewing from the second (third, fourth…so forth) port.
2. Unable to view channels with the new frequency
Problem 1: The LNB is not set up properly and unable to receive both H and V Pols.
Solution: Adjust the LNB to receive the maximum Pol. V signal.
Problem 2: The receiver does not support the OTA system.
Solution: Set up the parameters of the new frequency manually by using manual tune.
