turn so bright. Seeing yourself
for the first time is a wondrous miracle in itself. Imagine you are
a diamond Buddha who gives
light to the world. You are that already. Through meditation we
realise we are all one. Thank you so much my dearest Abbot for all your love
that you have given me. You have been my guiding light. You have taught me
about the centre of the body, and have always encouraged me to meditate for over
the last six years. I love you.
