Meditation Class for LocalsThai Buddhist Meditation Center Tokyo, Japan
The Thai Buddhist Meditation Center in Tokyo, Japan arranged a meditation class and taught dharma in Japanese on the topic of “How to prevent yourself from regretting later” by Phra Somkiat Punyatejo and there were many people participating in the activities.
The teaching monk explained and advised the way to prevent them from regretting later actions that are classified into 2 categories, which are:
Doing something without thinking carefully
Thinking about doing something but never doing it
When they do either action above, they may regret the outcome. The teaching monk also told them the causes and effects of ones’ action. After that the teaching monk led them to meditate and purify their minds. Then the teaching monk and the participants had Dharma Talk before going back home.
