On Sunday October 25th, 2015, the teaching monk from Japanese Meditation Center was invited by Ms. Unchisa to teach meditation to 21 Japanese people at a Meditation Clinic. In this training, all participants did the Meditation Workshop together which consisted of three sessions.
Session 1: Meditation led by the teaching monk
Session 2: Meditation by themselves and repeating the mantra Samma Arahang in their minds
Session 3: Meditation led by the teaching monk again
After finishing all sessions, many participants revealed that they had good meditation experiences and were very happy. They felt that their bodies and minds were much lighter and the time passed by very fast.
