Dhammakaya Temple rejects the news about Don Sawan Island

The news about Don Sawan Island in Sakhon Nakhon province, there was an investigation and found that Don Sawan Temple located on the Don Sawan Island in the Nong Harn Marsh, Sakhon Nakhon province is the abandoned temple and its land has been the “monastic land.”  The Sakhon Nakhon Provincial Monastic Group and the officials are updating and upgrading this temple from the abandoned one to be the occupied one. Their actions are common things for the monastic groups in solving the abandoned temple problem according to the policy of the Central Monastic Groups and the government.

Dhammakaya Temple would like to explain that the upgrading of its status from the abandoned temple to be the occupied temple, there are monks living in the temple, is the right of the Sakhon Nakhon Provincial Monastic Group and the different opinions about the land management are the benefit of the monks and laypeople in Sakhon Nakhon province, not concern with Dhammakaya Temple.
