Dhammakaya Sydney Temple arranged the Morning Alms Round

The Morning Alms Round and Sangha Dana to welcome the Final Day of the Buddhist Lent

The Thai Buddhist Students Club in Australia and Thai Community cooperated with Dhammakaya Sydney Temple in arranging the Morning Alms Round and Sangha Dana Ceremonies to welcome the Final Day of the Buddhist Lent at the Belmore Park, the center of Sydney, near Thai Town.  In this event, Thai people and residents came to make merit together by offering alms, keeping the precepts, and practicing meditation.  H.E. Mrs. Kesanee Palanuwongse, the Vice Consul General, gave a speech to welcome Thai people in Sydney and open the ceremony.  The Most Ven. Phrakrupaladnayokworarat kindly gave a speech to persuade Thai people in Sydney to preserve Thai and Buddhist cultures which are nice legacies from our ancestors and should not been neglected to show our new generations in the oversea because these cultures are good things for them to follow.
