In general, we think that one who graduated school and earned a degree was wise. Actually, he/she is just only a graduate, but not truly wise.
The refined mind is clear, bright, and free from defilements. To refine one’s mind is not easy because one has to work against the temptations thrown up by the mental defilements.
I believe that we still can find a lot of friends like this in our society. That means the world is not too bad. However. “not too dad” does not mean it is all good.
Relaxation is the heart of meditation, and it has to go hand in hand with mindfulness, no matter which meditation technigue we apply. This is the main principle that we should take into account.
