Saturday, August 29, 2015, was a very big day for the people of San Enrique. San Enrique, a municipality in the province of Iloilo. On that auspicious day, the people in San Enrique and nearby municipalities succeeded in organizing the 3rd “Light of Peace” event in the Philippines in partnership with the Middle Way Meditation Institute (MMI). Iloilo, Philippines.
On July 19, 2015, 24 Branches of Wat Phra Dhammakaya in Europe organized a mass ordination for European Dhammadayada for the third time. Hence, each of the European Branches invited the locals to participate in this program in which there were 35 ordinands from 7 countries and 12 citizenships.
Vesak Day 2015 was organized by Mongolia Meditation Center, the representative of Wat Phra Dhammakaya and Dhammakaya Foundation, in corporation with various organizations in Mongolia. The event was held on June 6th, 2015 at the National Sport Stadium in Mongolia.
It started from the registration and conversation of international Buddhist monks. The international monks who came to the temple included ones from Thailand, America, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
