ผมถามเด็กๆว่า “ในสัปดาห์แรกที่ได้ทำกิจวัตร 10 ประการ พวกเรามีความรู้สึกอย่างไร” นักเรียนหลายคนช่วยกันตอบว่า “ดีครับ” “ดีค่ะ” ส่วนคุณพ่อ คุณแม่ก็บอกว่า “ลูกขยันช่วยงานบ้านดี” ผู้ปกครองบางท่านบอกว่า “ดีมากเลย จากที่ลูกเคยเถียง ไม่เชื่อฟัง เดี๋ยวนี้ก็เชื่อฟังและเคารพดีมาก ขอให้ทำโครงการดีๆแบบนี้ตลอดไปนะคะ” สิ่งที่ได้ฟัง มันทำให้ผมหายเหนื่อยเลยครับ
เหมือนสุภาษิตทางเหนือที่บอกไว้ว่า “เยี๊ยะก๋านคนเดียวอิดฮิมต๋าย เยี๊ยะก๋านหลายเหมือนเล่น” แปลเป็นไทยว่า “ทำงานคนเดียวเหนื่อยแทบตาย ถ้าทำงานหลายๆคนเป็นหมู่คณะก็จะสนุกสนานรื่นเริง” แม้ว่าอากาศวันนั้นจะร้อนอบอ้าวมาก แต่พวกเราทุกคนก็หน้าตาแจ่มใสไม่มีท้อ เพราะถ้าท้อแล้วเด็กดี V-Star ก็จะไม่มีข้าวกิน
