หากรอบไหนผมนั่งสมาธิได้ดี ผมจะยิ้มได้ตลอดทั้งวัน แล้วสามารถส่งความดี ความสุภาพ ความรัก ความหวังดีไปยังผู้อื่นได้ เหมือนอย่างที่พระอาจารย์สอนให้เราแผ่เมตตา ความเมตตานี้จะไปถึงทุกคน แม้ว่าเราจะไม่รู้จักพวกเขาก็ตาม

ตอนนั่งสมาธิที่วัด ผมพยายามนั่งให้สบายๆ หลับตาพริ้มๆ และค่อยๆสูดลมหายใจลึกๆ ให้เข้ากับคำพูดของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อ หายใจเข้าผ่านจมูก แล้วนึกให้มีการเคลื่อนที่ช้าๆ ลงไปยังฐานที่7 ทำนิ่งๆ ฟังเสียงของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อไปเรื่อยๆ แม้ผมจะยังไม่เข้าใจภาษาไทยมากนัก แต่น้ำเสียงของพระเดชพระคุณหลวงพ่อ ก็ช่วยพาผมดำดิ่งเข้าไปยังอีกโลกหนึ่ง เป็นโลกของสันติสุข
