Around Phra Samut Cetiya to the Clock Tower T-Junction
In Muang district, Samut Prakarn province
At 6:00 a.m. on Sunday June 16th, 2013

The historic Sangha Dana for celebrating Phra Samut Cetiya!  The Morning Alms Round to 11,111 Monks is being arranged to worship the Lord Buddha, help monks in 323 temples in four unrest Southern provinces.  The ceremony is being arranged around Phra Samut Cetiya to the Clock Tower T-Junction in Muang district, Samut Prakarn province at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday June 16th, 2013.

“Buddhism still exists because of giving
If we stop giving for one month
Not offer food to any monks
Not give anything throughout the country
The religion will be ended, monks and novices will disrobe
Nothing left
If there is no giving, there is no progress
So, if you make Buddhism thrive, you will move forward too"

You should
-    Wear white suit or at least white shirt to worship the Lord Buddha
-    Offer only dried food
-    Seal all packs of rice
-    Don’t offer the cup drinking water
-    Don’t offer money in the monks’ bowls.  Please donate your money at the donation points or the picked–up trees which the staffs are serving.
-    Keep your mind bright and happy while you are offering your alms
-    Pay respect in your offering by let people in front of you offer their alms first
