The Dhammadayada training programme offers an enriching experience where trainees who successfully complete the months of training qualify for mass ordination. This unique program emphasizes self-training in sila, samadhi, and panna, rather than traditional ordination methods. Upon completion, monks disrobe to reintegrate as laypeople, equipped with moral values and a commitment to contribute to societal progress. Since its inception in 1972, the program has educated high school and college students annually and has expanded into several subprogrammes.
