ข้อความต้นฉบับในหน้า

YUWACAMP priest instructors adhered firmly to teaching methods employed by Pharayrbhavanavisudh which had accounted for success of previous training. Laying at the heart of these methods were expressed love and compassion. Both made training easier and more effective as they foster intimacy and enhance sense of security of participants who felt they were protected, hence returned willingly love and trust to instructors and mentors whom they felt were their protectors. Obedience thus followed automatically, and so was warm and loving atmosphere at the camp. Despite all this, discipline was kept intact, with a degree of flexibility. In this way, children were kept in order without their feeling pressurized by too strict rules. Role-modelling just effectively filled the gap. Instructors themselves behave as good examplars and everyday children performing good acts were praised to give them moral encouragement. Children themselves got the message, and behaved even more decently as a result.
