Instructors with good understanding of children and their nature are indispensable elements of YUWA CAMP. These include priests and mentors with whom children identify and on whom they put their trust. Group mentors are closest to children as they spend their time together throughout the camp. Tenderness in the ways they look at children, speak with them and behave towards them can be easily sensed and detected by children and this would contribute to children trust and respect, hence success in their moral learning. Perfect location for YUWA CAMP should be of easy-living style appropriate for meditation and children’s activities. A specious and sound-proof meditation room which can hold all camp participants comfortably is also indispensable. Sleeping unit can be single tents or shared rooms. Canteen, places for arts and recreational activity, field for playing football or sports program and natural environment for sight-seeing trip such as forest, mountains or streams are also necessary. What is of equal importance is a private space for the team of instructors to meet, prepare activity and rest to achieve perfection for the Camp.
