Free of commitments which might interrupt during the course of training 5. Content with a non-vegetarian diet and whatever accommodation is provided by the training supervisors. 6. Have at lease 60 days visa valid to stay in Thailand. Application Flequirements Two recent 2" Passport-style Photographs of the applicant. Photocopies of applicants' identification documents and passport. Written permission from applicant's parents or guardian. Medical examination record with physician's statement of guarantee 100 USD (or 3.500 Baht) application fee.
