ABOVE ALL CIRCUMSTANCES VXI Peace and Happiness When our mind is centered in the middle of ourselves, we will experience inner peace and joy. We can achieve harmony between body and mind. The practice of meditation will give us sound sleep with either non-disturbing dreams or dreamlessness. When we get up, we will feel fresh as if emerging from a source of pure energy which gives us infinite wisdom, happiness, and willpower.
