สรุปเนื้อหา

Inner Dhamma was once seen as a profound, difficult achievement requiring immense effort in isolation. However, it is now understood that maintaining an alert, relaxed, and still mind allows access to this state. Dhamma embodies cleanliness, purity, and goodness, with interpretations such as a crystal-clear sphere and the Dhammakaya—an ethereal body in our center. The teachings of the Great Master Luang Pu Wat Paknam reveal that inner Dhamma aligns with Buddha’s lessons, appearing as a clear sphere that varies in size from a star to the midday sun. Only in a relaxed, happy mind can we perceive this inner realm.

Inner Dhamma We used to perceive that the inner Dhamma was something profound and difficult to attain, that one had to put in an immense amount of effort and had to do it in a remote place in order to achieve it. But now, we have found the way. Now, we know that attainment of inner Dhamma, though profound, is not something too difficult to accomplish after all—simply maintain the state of mind that is alert, relaxed and still. The word “Dhamma” has many meanings. More than fifty meanings have been mentioned in the Buddhist Scripture, but in general it means “cleanliness, purity and goodness”. Some places mention that Dhamma has a physical form in the shape of a crystal clear sphere. Some mention that Dhamma is the Body of Truth, the Dhammakaya—a crystal clear, transcendental body that is as clear as a crafted diamond, situating in the center of our body. When our mind is happy and relaxed and is in a standstill state, it is possible to see our inner Dhamma. The Great Master Luang Pu Wat Paknam has discovered the inner Dhamma, which coincides with the teaching of the Buddha. The inner Dhamma indeed has the shape of a crystal clear sphere and is perfectly round. Its size ranges from that of a star, a full moon, to the size as big as the midday sun.
