การปฏิบัติสมาธิเป็นยาขนานเลิศที่สุดที่พระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้าทรงประทานให้เราเอาไว้ รักษาความทุกข์ ด้วยการฝึกสมาธินี้เอง จะทำให้เราเข้าใจถึงธรรมชาติที่แท้จริงของ ร่างกายและจิตใจของเรา ซึ่งจะทำให้พัฒนาเป็นปัญญา สำหรับเอาไว้กำจัดความหลง monks. Then we were escorted to the Sabha Dhammakaya Hall and Maha Dhammakaya Cetiya. When we saw Sabha Dhammakaya Hall and the con- struction of huge Dhammakaya Cetiya, we could not believe our eyes. The con- structions and the management are be- yond our imagination. Certainly this place will be a great destination for peace - loving people around the world. Our pil- grimage group donated two Buddha im- ages to be enshrined in the Dhammakaya Cetiya. On 19th January, at 1:30 PM, our pilgrimage group visited WFB and WFBY Headquarters in Bangkok. We were accorded a warm welcome by Dhamma friends. We visited different sections of the Headquarters. At the reception pro- gram, Vice President of WFB Lt. Gen. Chalom Wismol expressed joy and de- scribed the activities of WFB. Likewise the senior Vice President of WFBY Mr. Anurut Vongvanij expressed his joy to see the Buddhist from Nepal. YMBA, Nepal President Mr. Chandra Man Shakya also described the pilgrimage tour and thanked all for warm welcome. Then in the presence of WFB Treasurer Mr. Ambhorn Arunrangsi, gifts were ex- changed. ของเราได้ไปเยี่ยมสำนักงานใหญ่องค์การพุทธศาสนิกสัมพันธ์ แห่งโลก (พสล.) และองค์การยุวพุทธศาสนิกสัมพันธ์แห่งโลก (ยพสล.) ที่กรุงเทพฯ เราได้รับการต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่นจาก เพื่อนธรรมะทุกคน รวมทั้งได้ฟังการบรรยายกิจกรรมของ พสล จาก พล.ท.ฉลอม วิสมล รองประธาน พสล. ด้วย และได้พบ กับคุณอนุรุธ ว่องวานิช รองประธานอาวุโส ยพสล. คุณจัน ทรามาน ศากยะ ประธาน YMBA, Napel ได้กล่าวถึงคณะ เดินทางนมัสการสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ครั้งนี้ และกล่าวแสดงความขอบคุณ พร้อมกับมอบของที่ระลึก ซึ่งมีคุณ อัมพร อรุณรังษี เหรัญญิก พสล.อยู่ ณ ที่นั้นด้วย ในวันที่ ๒๑ มกราคม คณะของเราได้มีโอกาสเข้าเฝ้า ถวายรายงานต่อสมเด็จพระสังฆราชไทย เรารู้สึกขอบคุณเป็น อย่างมากต่อท่านประธาน ยพสล. คุณสมหมาย ครสาคู ที่เป็นผู้ นัดหมายการเข้าเฝ้าครั้งนี้ เราได้ถวายพระพรให้พระองค์ทรงมี พระสุขภาพพลานามัยแข็งแรง และเรารู้สึกว่าโชคดีและมีความ สุข มากที่ได้รับพรจากท่าน กัลยาณมิตร เมษายน scre
