มกราคม ๒๔๓๑ Buddhism has some great truths The following is her attitude towards Buddhism:- "I have learnt a lot more about Buddhism since I have been here although I realize that my knowledge about it all is still very small ! It is enough though to make me realize that Buddhism has some great truths and I will continue to try to learn more about and to practise Buddhist ideals.” Her wishes and attitude towards Wat Phra Dhammakaya Rebecca expressed her wishes:- "I will continue to practise meditation regu- larly and I will try to learn more and to follow Buddhist principles in my life. I hope that I may be able to share my knowledge with people at home so that they too may benefit from my stay at the temple.” มีศรัทธาในสัจธรรมแห่งพระ พุทธศาสนา คุณรีเบคคา ได้แสดงทัศนะว่า “ขณะที่ดิฉันพักอยู่ที่วัดพระธรรมกาย ดิฉันได้เรียนรู้ เรื่องพระพุทธศาสนาเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมเป็นอันมากแม้ดิฉันจะ ทราบดีว่าความรู้เรื่องธรรมะของดิฉันจะยังมีเพียงน้อยนิด ถึง กระนั้นก็ยังทำให้ดิฉันเชื่อมั่นว่า พระพุทธศาสนานั้นมี สัจธรรมอันยิ่งใหญ่ และดิฉันจะพยายามแสวงหาความรู้ต่อไป อีก ตลอดจนจะปฏิบัติตัวตามคติของชาวพุทธต่อไปด้วย” มโนปณิธาน และทัศนคติต่อวัด พระธรรมกาย คุณรีเบคคากล่าวถึงความตั้งใจของเธออย่างแน่วแน่ว่า “เมื่อดิฉันกลับอังกฤษแล้ว ดิฉันจะฝึกสมาธิเป็นประจำ จะพยายามเรียนรู้หลักสำคัญต่าง ๆ ในพระพุทธศาสนา เพื่อยึดเป็นหลักปฏิบัติในชีวิต ดิฉันหวังว่าตนเองจะสามารถ เผยแผ่ธรรมะแก่สมาชิกในครอบครัวได้ เพื่อว่าทุกคนจะได้ รับประโยชน์จากการที่ดิฉันไปพักอยู่ ณ วัดพระธรรมกาย ดิฉันเชื่อมั่นว่าวัดพระธรรมกายมีบทบาทสำคัญ มากต่อประเทศไทย และมีบทบาทอย่างสูงยิ่งต่อชาวโลก ทั้งปวง ในการช่วยให้ชาวโลกให้สามารถอยู่ร่วมกัน โดยสันติสุข ทุกวันนี้เราอยู่ในยุคที่เต็มไปด้วยความ Her attitude towards Wat Phra Dhammakaya: ขัดแย้ง สงคราม และปัญหายุ่งยากนานาประการ “I believe that Wat Phra Dhammakaya has a very important role play in Thailand and ulti- mately in the whole world in helping us towards a state of greater world peace. We live in a time of great conflict there are many wars and difficulties in the world and people like the people who work at the temple can play very important parts in helping the world become the more peaceful place.” Rebecca, finally, said that she would very much like to return to Thailand.
