On 22 April 2000 which was the first grand inauguration day of the Cetiya, Khun Yay witnessed the congregation of monks, novices and laypeople from every part of Thailand and abroad. The Dhamma field was full of the saffron colour of monks' robes and white colour of lay people's dress — although she no longer had the strength to walk anymore.
