When Khun Yay got well and was brought back to dhammabarn kuti at the temple, some people were surprised that she still said "I want to go home."
Externally, Khun Yay looked to be healthy, fresh and cheerful—but her attendant Areepan had to appeal to her several times a day "Please be healthy and live until the celebration of the Dhammakāya Cetiya." After the first celebration of the Dhammakāya Cetiya, Areepan appealed to Khun Yay to be healthy and live until the third celebration of the Cetiya.
