Journey to Joy 64 sense an uneasy feeling developing in our family. But after I practised meditation and got involved with activities at the meditation centre regularly, our family's relationship has improved and I have better control of my emotions. In my company, I spearheaded a team named "Do-ray-me-fa" to plan, advise, improve work efficiency, ensure product quality and take care of the environment.
