ข้อความต้นฉบับในหน้า

Wisdom This brightness didn't hurt my eyes. I compared the crystal ball to a yolk because I couldn't think of anything else that was similar to what I saw. I continued focusing at it peacefully, when four more crystal balls of the same size and brightness as the initial one appeared. All five spheres combined into one sphere in the center of my body. I felt really good and more relaxed. After that, many more bright and shiny spheres appeared numerous times at the centre of my body. I simply observed them. They happened. automatically without any thoughts at all. I recognised the difference between "thinking", which required energy during a process, compared to "non-thinking", which happened while meditating when no effort was utilised at all. 217
