Hope and Willpower In 1988, I lost my beloved daughter, Yve, in an accident. She died at a public hospital in Sydney, Australia. She was disabled and would go to the hospital for short periodic treatments. She lost her life in an accident as she was sitting in a wheelchair and a safety jacket accidentally winded around her neck and strangled her to death. It was a great loss and caused pain and grief to everyone in the family. Yve was lovely child and was an important member of our family. She was only 7 years old and she passed away suddenly. It was a period of great crisis in my life. I had to regain my composure and reassure myself, my husband and our three daughters so as not to be overwhelmed by grief.
