Journey to Joy 232 Despite his reasonable explanation, deep inside I refused to acknowledge the existence of the Dhammakaya. I was actually so agitated that I stopped meditating for two months. Still, I could not stop thinking about the great feelings that came from the center of my body. I decided to begin meditating again, but this time I only wanted to see the crystal ball. I was able to see the crystal ball again not long afterwards. Two years later, I saw the Dhammakaya body again. My personal meditation experience has confirmed that the Dhammakaya exists. I have slowly accepted the existence of the Dhammakaya body as an integral part of myself. The Dhammakaya body is the true source of all happiness.
