ข้อความต้นฉบับในหน้า

Journey to Joy 264 I believe that there is no one in this world who experiences no problems, whether they are from the lower class, the middle class, or the upper class. If we can still our mind for ten or 20 minutes, we will have energy to solve difficult problems. People tend to have the goal in life of only becoming rich, having a beautiful house or having a car. However, when these goals are achieved, they become bored. If everyone's goal is to have a happy mind, they will not become bored and will not want to leave that happiness. They will not want to leave the inner happiness. This explains why people in the upper class or high societies in Iran are very affectionate towards meditation. Meditation is a trend among high societies here. There were 20 people who came to meditate at my home the first time. But in the second session, can you guess how many people showed up? 60 people!
