In 2002, I was invited to the Dhammakaya Meditation Center in Seattle by Sunan Yesuwan, a clinic colleague. Initially there to teach English to monks, I was encouraged to meditate. The practice brought me calmness, relaxation, and anxiety reduction, prompting me to continue and attend sessions with Luang Phaw Dhammajayo.
