Journey to Joy cope with it well. I'm so surprised. I did not cry, instead I sat still and concentrated my mind at the centre of my body. Then, I found the answer. I realised that I had to be strong and face the facts of life. To be born, to grow old, to fall sick and die these are the inevitable processes - of life. Now, I encourage people around me to 66 meditate and share merit to all my deceased family members. 99 Presently, my friends and I plan to organise meditation sessions in Saitama. We want to establish a new meditation centre here in the near future. I would like to see many people in this area to be given the opportunity to participate in activities and practise meditation.
