In my journey to explore meditation, I faced numerous challenges with the Dhammakaya Meditation Technique. Initially, comfort was an issue, as I struggled to maintain the lotus position. My restless mind often felt uncontrollable, much like trying to pacify a monkey. However, even brief moments of mental stillness brought me inner peace and the motivation to persist. Attending weekly meditation classes and following my instructor's guidance helped me gradually find tranquility. Over time, I was able to perceive the crystal ball, though not initially with clarity.
