Knowledge and Career able to still my mind and set aside work-related matters such as the numbers and the financial planning, I was able to remain in the stillness longer and transcend to a deeper level. Whenever distractions emerged, I ignored them and allowed them to pass. During the week of meditation, I learned that I had to become a student or a child again and give up my analytical tendencies. Children tend to have no attitudes and are not likely to think ahead. There may be several exceptions, but that is due to not knowing much, so they tend to see people or matters without any defilements. During that time, my mind reached a higher level of stillness.
