Journey to Joy 120 Today, I am 100 percent confident that meditation is the important key to the success in my career and family life. On any day that I feel stressed, I will meditate. Even though I may see only darkness, at the very least I know that my mind will be at ease and I am able to find solutions to problems. Usually, I will have a notebook next to me to record the effective means to solve a problem. I will also record other creative thoughts that may arise after meditation, so that I will not forget. Meditation helped to improve the capacity of my analytical skills. As I analysed problems with more consideration and creativity, I was promoted to General Manager.
