Knowledge and Career After that, I asked the monk instructor, who taught me how to meditate, for advice. He kindly advised me that my mind was about to reach the state of perfect stillness. Some people will feel like they are being pulled into their centre of gravity. He assured me that there was nothing to be frightened of or worried about. I should just observe peacefully until it passed, since it occurs naturally as our mind enters a purer realm of happiness and peacefulness.
