you do this correctly, easily and
comfortably, then your mind will become still
easily and effortlessly. If you were an analyst,
you would analyse and comment on your inner
experiences. Your mind would not be calm and
all your good experience would go away. So,
adhere only to these instructions. Eventually,
your mind will be refined and completely focused.

entering into clarity, purity, brightness, true
happiness and true inner knowledge, which is the

Dhammakaya, the inner self which is in you, that
